What Is Spinal Decompression
Spinal decompression is the process of reducing the pressure inside the vertebral disc, thus the negative pressure or decompression will create a vaccum inside the disc to suck the bulging disc material (nucleus pulposus) back in. This then allows for the influx of water and nutrients to hydrate and heal the outer disc material (the annulus).
HOW DO WE DO THAT?
Patients enjoy a relaxing 30 minutes on our Decompression table. The table issues a pull specific to your body mass. The disc is pulled and the infra red plate ensures no pain is felt.

Your body is unique to you and our Decompression system is designed to cater to your own disc problem.
During your treatment sessions you will be watched closely by our team. You will receive scheduled chiropractic and massage therapy sessions in addition to the time on the table. These sessions are again catered to your own body needs and disc problem.
Here's what some of our patients have to say about their treatment....
"This is the best I have felt in years!"
"After early injuries and continuing back problems resulting in surgery, I looked for an alternative procedure for my injured disks and back pain. After a thorough assessment, they assured me they could help. I was at the point of barely walking when I received my treatments. In the following week, I was able to increase my mobility a great deal. Now, at the end of my sessions, I have nothing but praise for the kind staff and the whole procedure. The decompression table is certainly the answer to injured disks before opting for surgery."

After just eight treatments I stopped taking anti-inflammatory medication. I now have no back pain. I can sit, walk and stand all I want. Thank you!"
